You can easily book through our "Book Now" page. Choose your service and preferred date. We will contact you for confirmation!

3. Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver across the UAE. Delivery outside the UAE can be arranged upon request.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email or WhatsApp.

6. How long does it take to receive my wig?

All wigs are custom handmade to order. Please allow 4–5 business days for production before your order is shipped. Delivery time will depend on your location and chosen courier service.


Return & Exchange Policy

Exchange Policy

Requests for exchanges must be made within 3 days of receiving your package. Products must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging.

No Refund Policy

At Afro Black and White, we operate a strict NO REFUND policy. Once an order is confirmed and processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

Exchange Eligibility

  • Products must be in their original condition.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was damaged or the wrong item was sent.
